Notes

3. The JBUS clock is 167MHz and the Memory clock is 125MHz with 1.002GHz CPUs.

Memory Notes

1. Bank, Rank, DIMM, and XOR Interleaving is supported.
2. UltraSPARC IIIi supports single bank and dual bank DDR-1 SDRAM DIMMs.
3. Two DIMMs of the same bank size (single or dual) and memory size form a bank.
4. The minimum requirement is two DIMMs in any Bank (B0/D0/D1 or B1/D0/D1).
5. Only CPU 0 DIMMs are accessible in a single CPU system (CPU 0).
6. Memory is mapped globally and is accessible by either CPU in a dual-CPU system.
7. Memory error reporting identifies a failing Bank, not a single failing DIMM.
